We offer paid membership tiers that unlock additional content. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing you agree to:

  • Authorize recurring charges at the frequency you selected (monthly or annual)
  • Our refund policy, which is outlined separately

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

4. What your membership gets you

Depending on your tier, a membership gives you access to full reviews, exclusive content, and other features described on each tier. We reserve the right to adjust tier benefits over time, though we'll always communicate significant changes in advance.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Don't share your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, contact us immediately at [email protected].

6. Our content

Everything published on itsfood.dad, including reviews, photographs, and writing, is our original work, unless stated otherwise and attributed appropriately. You may share links and short excerpts (with credit), but reproducing full articles elsewhere without permission is not allowed.

7. User conduct

We don't have a comment section, but if you contact us or engage on social media, please don't be awful. We reserve the right to block anyone who is.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to be accurate, but restaurant details change (hours, menus, ownership). We can't be held responsible if you show up somewhere and it's closed. Always call ahead.

To the extent permitted by Slovenian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be handled in the competent court in Ljubljana.
