1. Subscriptions

itsfood.dad memberships are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose. Because we deliver digital content immediately upon subscription, the standard EU right of withdrawal for digital content applies with the following conditions:

Monthly plans: If you subscribed and have not yet accessed any member-only content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. Once you have accessed content, the right of withdrawal is waived under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Annual plans: If you subscribed and have not yet accessed any member-only content, you may request a full refund within 14 days. After that period, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription at our discretion, assessed case by case.

2. How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and include:

  • The email address you used to sign up
  • The date of your payment
  • A brief note about why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to member content until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation, unless requested within the 14-day window described above.

4. Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us immediately. We'll investigate and correct any errors without question.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns intended to access content for free.

7. EU consumer rights

If you are an EU consumer and feel your rights have not been respected, you may contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr, or file a complaint with the Slovenian market inspectorate (TIRS) at gov.si.
